Competition Engagement: Participated in prestigious competitions, including the Innovate Malaysia Project Proposal and the Innovation Nation Malaysia Pitching Deck, underlining a strong commitment to project excellence and innovation.
Accomplishments :
ICT Helpdesk Support: I provided assistance and solutions to students, staff, and colleagues, using Active Directory for account management, password resets, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. I also explored the use of Azure servers, enhancing my understanding of cloud-based IT services.
Access Card Systems: I played a key role in access control management, guiding new students through the activation process of their access cards. This involved using access control software to grant or restrict access to specific areas, ensuring security and controlled access to IT labs.
YSoft SafeQ: As part of my responsibilities, I assisted students with the setup of YSoft SafeQ for pin generation and the installation of ICT lab printers on their personal laptops. This software ensured secure and efficient printing services in the labs.
Network and Cybersecurity: I worked on resolving DNS server misconfigurations, which involved manually configuring static DNS servers to ensure uninterrupted network connectivity. Additionally, I contributed to solving DNS lookup issues, which are vital for cybersecurity and maintaining a secure network environment.
Event Preparation: I actively participated in the setup and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment for various conferences, seminars, and events. This included configuring mixers, microphones, webcams, and laptops, ensuring smooth and secure communication during hybrid events.
IT Equipment Maintenance: I contributed to maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment, such as computers and printers. I assisted in the maintenance of printers, including refilling paper trays and fixing paper-related errors. Additionally, I helped replace faulty fiber HDMI cables, ensuring efficient data transmission.
